Instruction are WRONG. Search on this forum and you will see that the Interim EAD's were discontinued in late 2006/2007. You CANNOT receive an interim EAD anymore. I know from experience.

Thank you for the kind words. I had retained a lawyer when i filled for asylum and I have confidence in my representation and will continue with him during the court process. I will go to court and fight my case and get it approved from the IJ.
