Very Disappointed today

I found out over the weekend that my asylum was referred to the Immigration Judge by the officer. I have a very strong case and will go to court and all, but needless to say I am very disappointed....Very Very Disappointed

I just wanted to post it here in this forum as only people over here would understand my situation and will be able to help me get through it.

Sorry to learn about your disappointment. I hope it works out for you. Care to share the details of your very strong case? Perhaps people might be able to determine what possibly caused the officer to recommend your case to an immigration judge.

im sorry to hear and im afraid that the same may happen to me coz im waiting like u till now.would u plz tell me when did ur legal visa status expired in usa .or u entered illegally.thanx

dont worry ..it happens a lot .......i got my asylum in court .......
dont share your case with any body.. keep everything confidential
get a lawyer ...never appear in court without one

Thank you for the kind words.

I had retained a lawyer when i filled for asylum and I have confidence in my representation and will continue with him during the court process. I will go to court and fight my case and get it approved from the IJ.
