you are fine. There is obviously no fraud intention in your case as this is an involuntary transition. Just keep a good record of any document you may have.
We have similiar ND and 1FP and RFE date.
I am thinking 2nd FP. I used to think maybe there was a chance we don't have to. But I am convinced now 2nd FP is what we should look forward to. Hope you and I and others with the similiar situation get it soon.

Maybe we will see some pattern eventually. Many in the sheet have ND around this time, some got RFE some but no 2nd FP.
However, there is no agreement on how long is "safe". People's opinion ranging from days to months. My lawyer says about a year. Best way seems to make your employer fired you :)

Can someone with 1st FP in early 2003 share some info? what (1st FP) date are they sending out for 2nd FP notice? I know it is random somehow, but would like to know the general trend if any. Those haven't please share too.
