I assume that despite the punctuation, that is a question. In that case here is the answer :
1. "who are you" an informed user
2. "to tell what to post" Not sure what you are talking about, I never 'told' what to post.
3. "where to post" see #1.

I hope the answers satisfy your curiosity. As an exercise, I'll leave it to you to think about the stupidity of having a single thread for an entire year's worth of receipt notices. Bon soir.

Guys -

Let us not start arguing amongst ourselves. We are all here for a common goal and need to support each other...

SIRZ comments are controversia statements. I did not see his constructive and useful messages here.

I think all of us can be rational here.

Instead of creating a single thread of an entire year, it might be far more useful if one were to create for each month of 2003. Else it would be one long thread.

I am sure SirZ means well and so do the others.

I remember there was a member who was approved (filed in 2003).
This thread is useful for member like me , Japanese etc.

Any way my details

ND 05/28/04...(that's it)
No FP....No RFE..... Cool

And Thanks SirZ making this thread interesting :D

Concurrent-I-140/I-485 from 2003

Friends, My opinion is, from 2003 NDs for I-140/I-485 concurrent info is required. It is said, Concurrent timing is 20 months in FY2004, 15 months in FY2005..
Kumar :)

Let's us start a tracker for RD 2003 (concurrent & non-concurrent)

Hello...

Let us start a tracker for RD 2003. One question for all of you, do you think that USCIS is doing all that it can to work on I-485 submitted in Fiscal Year 2002 (October 2001 - September 2002) before they touch ours? I have been looking at rupnet and here, and it seems to me that the only LIN03s they touched were derivitives or family based. If this is the case, I wonder when they'll work on ours?

Last but not least, let us not argue or call each other names. Fighting amongst ourselves will do absolutely no good. Instead, let us focus on the most important tasks at hand and share intelligence... :)

SirZ...thanks for your kind words in Japanese...where did you learn that?

New Tracker for I-485 Etc.

:) :) :) ;) Has everyone here been to http://www.rupnet.net/immigration/index.asp
You can enter in all your info for Received dates/fingerprints/prioritydates/RFE info etc. I like it in that you can see how your center does from month to month or even year to year. It also shows you all the people who have been approved in the last few days. Left hand side shows NSC, CSC, VSC, TSC and numbers in red show you whats been approved or updated today. Much better way to see what is going on.
You can go into the month for your received date once you register and add your info; and see others who are in same boat. If they get issued RFE's a lot of people give details as to the issues they have faced. This site is great for questions but threads get lost and tracker is quite cumbersome. In Rup net everything about a person's case in on one line and in an easy to read format. In the bottom right corner you can click on your center and check out each month. Tracker goes from 2001-present.

The recently published CIS backlog reduction plan says the goal for cycle time is 20 months by Oct 2004, 15 months by Oct 2005. It seems they are behind schedule as usual. But to be optimistic and trust this plan , it means Jan 2003 cases shall be touch around oct 2004. All 2003 cases should be done by May 2005 (assuming linear interpolation between 15 and 20). Being too optimistic, or the other way around?
Again this is their "plan", and there are always some one luckier or unluckier than the other...

Glad to see signs of intelligent people in this supposedly exemplary slice of society. Really had me worried for a while about the collective EB-immigrant IQ.

Interesting cultures have always attracted me. Of the living ones, Japanese is my favorite. (Plato's, Socrates' and Aristotle's Greece narrowly holds on to the lead). It's rich, and largely unappreciated--by outsiders--history is based on the values of honor and valour that I prioritize (or at least do my utmost to achieve) in my personal life.

As of now, my "nippongoga" is a rather weak dictionary of about 25 words and phrases, and my writing ability, as probably evident, is non-existent. Once I finish my French refresher (a practical necessity, relating to my employment affairs) in the next couple months, I'll be concentrating my linguistic endeavours on the tongue of the land of the rising sun. I hope to bounce off my accumulating knowledge of it off you sometimes.

I also hope I get approved BEFORE I master japanese :) (May 2003 filer)

PS. If you know of any URL, or other resources that could assist in learning japanese, I'd be grateful if you could help this nippongo-chan. (japanese baby?) Thanks in advance
