re: I would recommend carrying pay stubs and a EVL from ur current employer. if possible carry a letter from your lawyer explaining the rule of changing jobs after 6 months.

My I485 is pending since 2 years and i travelled on AP in Dec. While coming back thru Chicago, i had to face a very tough time with many questions. They even asked me abt my lawyer which i do not have since i changed jobs using AC21. Has anyone faced similar issues. I might have to travel again...
