As it says very clearly on the form there are specific situations where you can send level 2 and ombudsman faxes (there is no level 3). The key difference is the situation you are in.
Rambo,
Check the important threads link on the top, it has resources for fax inquires with sample text, etc.
1. AP is the travel document of choice for AOS applicants.
2. Since you are not a permanent resident or citizen, it should be pretty obvious which line you should stand in. You will need to show your AP to the officer at the desk and he will guide you to the secondary inspection room, where...
The usual practice in the CSC 485 forum is to have one thread marked "IMPORTANT THREADS" as sticky and closed. That way only the moderator can post new messages which contain links to threads that are useful to everyone.
With regards to requests for Sticky threads, we usually allow threads...
You need to work for 10 quarters before you can get unemployment benefits. You have proove that you were laid off. Quiting doesn't qualify, and you have to show that you are actively hunting for jobs. I don't think it is that cool to go on unemployment, people usually hate to be in the position...
In CSC this is a post approval messages that shows up after the stamping process when they try to wrap up processing on your case in order to issue the plastic card.
The order is:
Approval Stamping
Processing completed
Document mailed
Document received.

Glad to hear that! :) Just a matter of 2 weeks now and you will be DONE! I am looking forward to opening my mailbox in the next couple of days.

So I would lead credance to the claim and expect them to send you a FP soon.
good luck!
At the penultimate step now, just received an email saying the card has been mailed. If past experience is anything to go by next week should be the end of this long drawn process.

Sure, just mark it as SPAM though. That way people interested will respond, and the others will stay away.
Nice to see pro-active people helping with a good cause.
ideatoaction,
I can understand your frustration, but take it out on the INS not on the applicants. After all it is not that they have any say whether their cases will be approved before anyone elses.
Considering that this conversation is not adding to the knowledge base of the forum, this...
fine&jadwin,
Hard luck with the airline officials, but it might help if you take a print out of the relavent page from the Canadian consulate, and carry the number of the visa section of the consulate when you check in for the flight. I have noticed that at CDG airport, the officials are...
The basic essense of that news blurb is to say that the old quota system will be back soon. If you cast your eyes back a few years, there used to be a wait for dates to become current. INS used to process only X number of applicants in each category per fiscal year. Which led to huge backlogs...
