Got reply from CSC regd 2nd Inquiry

My lawyer got the 2nd Inquiry response from CSC. They said

"CSC has advised that you will be receiving an appointment notice for your fingerprinting within the next 90 days, depending on the schedule for your particular ASC. If we do not receive the fingerprint appointment for you within the next 90 days (from today), we will submit a follow-up inquiry to CSC. "

1) Has this any meaning...?
2) Will they send an FP notice soon.

Any comments/takes on this..
 
I think that you should be hearing from INS soon. Usually 2FP is pretty fast. For some reason your case fell through the cracks and now hopefully it is back on.

So I would lead credance to the claim and expect them to send you a FP soon.

I am not that optimistic. I have been waiting for 2nd FP for 3 month now since I was last told it is in the queue for rescheduling process. But again you could be a lot more lucky than me...
 
They gave the same reply to me on 08/26/04 ... still waiting for my 2nd FP. probably after 90 days, they would say the same crap. its so disgusting to even any hope on their words.
 
I wonder which crack my case fell through . CSC has a big crack anyway ;) if you know what i mean....

Any how i will still keep my spirit up...at least they responded to the inquiry after that maybe i will just depends on spirts....
