I140 revoking period!

Hi All,
Did any body know about I140 revoking period, once it is approved?
Is there any specific time frame for employer can revoke or he can’t revoke once it’s approved?

he can revoke it anytime before your 485 approval.

my I140 got cleared one year back! and my employer did not file my I485. I filed one month back myself. I am thinking to change the job.

As per your suggestion it's not a good idea to change it now!

If they revoke the job offer/140 approval and your 485 has been outstanding for more than 180 days then you will be fine. Just make sure if uscis asks for an employment verification letter from the new employer you have one and invoke ac21.

Are you sure it will not be a problem? I have read few threads where people had problem by doing this. Their I-485 was rejected.

I would suggest a 6 month wait in the 485 process. If 140 is revoked after that, there shouldn't be a problem.
