How do I prove to CBP that I am *NOT* a US Citizen?

Displomatic immunity extends to spouses and children of many dioplamats. I understand spouses and chidlren who entered USA may have an option not to use it, but can not imagine babies born in USA to diplomats. I think they don't have a choice, either they have immnunity or not ummunity.
