I upgraded to premium for EB2 last June 14. RD was on June 20. AD on June 22. I was told by others that it was risky. Nonetheless, I took the chance for the simple reason of getting some peace of mind. My filing date was Nov 2006.

Are IO at NSC asking if our RDs are within processing time. I've read people able to get information on their case despite not being over on NSC processing time (currently September 2006)...

I recently had my EB2 140 approved wtih PD according to Perm app. 10/06. I'm a bit confused how NSC is processing and was thinking of porting my previous 140 PD which is 01/03. My questions are;
1. Are they processing by PD at NSC?
2. I understand that all countries are current right now...
I will not worry about it. When I took my biometrics in Jan '07, there were some people in line with Green Cards. I suppose it's standard operating procedure to update their data base.
