How to Initiate Service Request

Friends,

I have not done a service request on our case. Can you please advise how to go about it?

Are IO at NSC asking if our RDs are within processing time. I've read people able to get information on their case despite not being over on NSC processing time (currently September 2006).

Or they pretty much give out information when we initiate this.

1, 2, 6 . Opt 1, 2,6 will get you a regular CSR who can open a service request

Thank you hopeofgc. Just did the call and was informed that my case is not yet beyond the processing time. Sadly no news except ones that's shown on status message only .
