I do not think it hurts to send a polite reminder. Just to show them that you are on top of it. They will not repond unless they have a concrete answer, so it can go anywhere from: "the results were transfered to USCIS" to "your name cjeck is not complete and is assigned to an agent". Hope...

Brij523, it sure looks like. They are working in waves, it was the 1/03 FP2 wave, and now it's the 1/03 approval / RFE wave. Japanese, it shouldn't be something bad, probably asking for EVL although I've seen them requesting birth certificates, and such. Good luck and keep us posted,

curiousGeorge is right. You need to call them since your case is still pending. You need to keep USCIS updated of your address utilizing the AR-11 procedure, a process which will not update your pending cases. Bottom line, if you are moving to PA, you need to do both, one for your card...
