Normally how long to get RFE notice after online status change?

My wife's RFE was mailed out on 12/14/04, I am figuring out if we can get it done by the end of this year.

getit, I am not sure, I've seen anywhere from 3 days to a couple of months. If this the last thing they have to do to get it done, it might be faster then you think. Sit tight, your day is just around the corner,
