If I-140 Denied , your 485 .EAD ,AP will get invalid automatically. be safe. try to arrange a backup in case denial. this is my 2 cents.

I expect everything will be "U" but in OCT might get back to May or June. thats my guess but nobody know what USCIS can do anything

You can refile your application with Medical exam.
