September Visa Bulletin Predictions

Folks,
Retrogression is for sure!.Can we expect the september bulletin dates to be atleast somewhere near the June Bulletin dates.?Call me selfish but my PD was current for the June Bulletin.(August 2003 EB2) ..I dont want the dates to go back to dark ages..Any rough estimate of people still waiting in 2000,2001,2002?
 
I expect everything will be "U" but in OCT might get back to May or June. thats my guess but nobody know what USCIS can do anything
 
Expect nothing before October 2007. Cutoff dates will remain conservative after the July 2007 visa bulletin incident.
 
Any 485 approvals in August?

If the VISA numbers are unable until Oct 2007, is it safe to assume there won't be any 485 approvals anymore until new VISA numbers are released?

My second finger printing was scheduled for 8th May and I was out of the country. I walked into a ASC on 28th July and they agreed to fingerprint me.

Any estimate the earliest I can expect my approval?
