Submitted 485 without medical examination

the school submitted the 485 last week without my medical examination record.
I heard that this is very serious as CIS may just rejected the submitted 485.

The school/lawyer said a RFE at most and deny the possibility of 485 rejection.
Very anxious now.
Please help no such issue. How can i make up for it? Resubmitted 485? cancel previous 485? submitted medical exam only????

I-485s will be processed even if there are no medical reports included with the I-485 filing and the USCIS will only issue an RFE later, when processing the case.
