I am unable to understand how come ppl. how has RD in 2007 are getting approved.? If you look on Trackitt you will find lot of ppl who has RD in 2007 but they are approved.

PLEASE..someone explain this to me

I think them guys is from non-retrogressed countries.
They still have a lot of visa numbers left for them countries and that is why they are getting faster approvals.

But both services centers are processing RD of 08/2006 or 09/2006 cases.

How come they jumped from 2006 to 2007 and approving 2007 cases.

I am also from EB3 - ROW with RD of 03/2007 and PD of 04/2002.

I think they have run out of approvable cases from 2006 (i.e. cases with all background check completed and visa number available), and moved onto approvable 2007 cases instead of sitting idle. Still, there is a huge pile of unapprovable 2006 (and earlier) cases which are pending due to e.g. namechecks.

I'm ROW with RD in 2005 and NC cleared (two or three weeks ago) with nothing pending (per IO and Infopass) and still nothing.

Whole process is just pure frustration mixed with unfair lottery.

you got it right rexxx. I was told the same thing too. All checks are cleared. everythings is good. But no approval. But they have no problem to process cases received in 2007....Long live USCIS...

Today I came to know that my colleague's friend got approved. His is Sub labor from EB3-EB2 with PD 2003 and receipt date in 06/2007. Finger Printing done after one week of RD and I-485 approved may be today(ie with in 2 months) at NSC.

So depressing is the way NSC is working.

I got the same question too... I am under an impression that they are approving case based on the PD (rather just follow the RD).

EB3 - ROW - NSC
PD - 04/2003, I485 RD 06/2007 - still waiting

take a look at September visa bulletin. Looks like USCIS is trying to be more fair.... well, still not fair to everyone.
