I have never applied for AP so don't know what is need to document the arrival/departure on AP. somebody with AP experience should be able to answer. I assume the I-94 in question was not AP related but visa related.

Your husband does not need to renew his I-94 since he's working on EAD, he's no longer on the visa related to the I-94. If he needs to travel outside of the US, he will need AP.

You will get an appt for biometrics for your efiled EAD. They will take a pic and FP for your EAD. Don't have any experrience with AP. I sent my supporting documents the next day after I efiled my EAD. I had my biometrics done 3 week after I efiled.

Things have changed since last October in how EADs are issued and that also includes processing time. Some have their cards processed within a month and there are some who are still waiting for more than 3 months. Its really hard to tell how long it will take your EAD to get processed. Sorry...

The FP for your 485 do not count towards your 765. if you efiled 765 then you will have a separate FP (code2) appointment. You will get an appointment letter from your service center.

you should get a card in a weeks time. you might get another lud change stating that your card has been ordered. not sure if you get a lud change when the card is mailed.
