Since they approved so many EB-3, but very few EB-2, I expect EB-2 to be heavily backlogged. EB-3 dates will leap ahead. Maybe not in Oct, but perhaps in Nov, Dec or Jan.

Technically visa numbers were unavailable all of Jul. That didn't stop them from approving a ton of applications.

From other threads, looks like instead of approval, those of you who did not do TB skin test can now expect a NOID (without even an RFE). I think this is something we need to talk to Ombudsman about - they need to atleast send an RFE before the NOID.

Looks like TSC is slowing down. Approvals are still coming but not nearly at same rate as before. Maybe they've used up their quota of visas.

July bulletin reversal Can someone explain to me the July bulletin fiasco? Did they agree to just accept applications for all categories or also allocate visa numbers to all categories as well? I mean how are EB-2 India with PD in 2005 getting approved? This category was not current in June...
