Finally-After a long long ..long time

I can't believe I am typing this..Never thought in another 5 years more..Well after a tiring flight today evening, came home to check the baggage from work, I saw the magic email..

Friends..I started this Journey in Mar 2002..Then got in to hole of FBI Name check since 2004...Honestly thought it will never go through for another 5 years ..Well for all my frienfds out there..There is light at the end of the tunnel/..I know it frustrated the hell out of me..drained me when you go through the employment restrictions..not able to raise your opinions or stand to it...But Thank God first of all for this miracle to release the name check...
Just quoting the words that strengthened me while I was loosing hope...

Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart. and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"

Did you do anything about name check? like writing to FL? if so could you share us the timing and what was the response etc.

Well...I tried E-mailing to Obdusman..he requested to send by post ..but I did not porceed..I wrote to a senator..but the response came back as the usual one as it is in Name check..Then finally left it to the almighty...That's the true trigger from my perspective my friend..Good luck

Anyways time to thank God and enjoy freedom...

Could you provide some more filing details: RD, filing center, EB-2/3, etc.
