Talked to IO twice, got two answers

Called and talked to an IO last week and was told stucked in NC.

Called today and talked to a diff IO and was told the NC has been cleared and waiting for to be assigned to an officer and no visa # is available. Heard the IO was eating nuts or cookies when on phone with her.

Who should I trust, really funny...
