I get this nasty feeling that a large number of I485 namechecks which started in 2006 have been lost. Since nobody is really trying to find them, we all will be here a long time. Anybody else think the same way?
You can be stuck forever. With the huge flood of AOS filings in Jun/Jul your application can be buried under a HUUUUUGE pile. Your children will grow old by the time you see your GC. Hope it doesn't actually happen, but a possibility.
