Guys,

I just received the magic email thay my card production is ordered along with my wife's too. I am a silent reader of this forum. I got answers to all my questions and thanks again to all the active members. Finally got my independence exactly on the 60th aniversary of India's independence.

Congrats.

We are seeing many approvals of EB2 PERM cases, while lot of old system cases are pending with PD 2001 to 2004.
Is there any logic in it? I mean PERM completes many checks that they dont have to do again during I485? :confused:

If you wouldn't get this by Aug 31st.. u would have stuck for ever....

Thanks for the wishes. Yes, i feel i am very lucky and blessed by the lord. I filed my concurrent I-140 and I-485 on the last day of sep 05 before the retro started in '05 after my PERM labor is approved on sep 30th. My laywer filed my I-140 and I-485 in record 24 hrs after my Labor is approved. Now that i am once again narrowly escaped the possible retro in sep.

One RFE for missing Medical(as we rushed the concurrent filing) and that's it.

Got my GC in 23 Months.
