I am in a very precarious situation. My H1 is expired, I was on EAD with my company with I485 pending that was applied concurrent with I140. Not sure as where I stand right now ??? Is there any hope for me..??

Yes I am still with the same company, it is a very small company, have been with them for last 7 years. My employer is going to appeal. Hopefull all turns out ok..

All my cases too have been denied since my I140 got denied on May 12, 2004. I am past my 6 years no H1B. Denial is based on the Company Ability to pay. My company had major loses in 2002. Though I never had any issues in my payments.

Its now exactly 6 months from the time INs has received my response to the RFE...no results so far...My lawyer says Vermont isbacklogged..I see so many folks with RFE being approved or denied within 1-3 months..don't know whom to beleive.. :mad:
