    Thanks will_get_there. I am in a very precarious situation. My H1 is expired, I was on EAD with my company with I485 pending that was applied concurrent with I140. Not sure as where I stand right now ??? Is there any hope for me..??

    Its now exactly 6 months from the time INs has received my response to the RFE...no results so far...My lawyer says Vermont isbacklogged..I see so many folks with RFE being approved or denied within 1-3 months..don't know whom to beleive.. :mad:
