AP Separate Letter/Document for Parole Eligibility

Hi Gurus,

Can anyone of you please provide me with the Part 7 - Advance PParole Eligibility letter/document template. My lawyer say I need to write this document as to why I should be eligible to be given a parole. My main reason to apply for a Parole, is to have the flexibility to go to India in case of emergency. My parents are old and alone back in India and not keeping in best of their healths. I beleive this should be good enough reason to grant me AP. We have also not been to India in last 3+years and they woudl like to see my son as well.

Would highhly appreciate if someone could give me a template that I could use.

Here is a sample format that I submitted to get my wifes AP, succesfully.

I am not planning to travel while my adjustment of status application is pending. However, I request a multiple-entry parole should a family emergency arise in India
