I-140 Straight Denial No RFE
Hello All,
My I-140 has been denied and I'm waiting for the denial notice. I think it could be either 'Ability to Pay' or 'Education'.
My case was filed under EB2 category as I have a Master Degree from INDIA. The Labor stated that a master degree in computer science is required. I even have an evaluation done for my degrees from MorningSide.
I-140 was filed on July 07 and received the Denial on Jan 09.
Has anyone been in this case of a straight denial? Is so, what was the reason and how did you react? Did you apply MTR or an Appeal?
Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
