No problem I have used it twice. The 2nd time they do NOT stamp the AP itself. On the passport , just below the earlier stamp, they stamp one line which has the date of the 2nd arrival. No problems at all.

I have checked with the IIO and he says my case is not yet assigend WAC-01-280**** RD 7/30/01 ND 09/10/01 FP 11/17/01 Processing Resumed on Jan 12 Is there any case where the IIO provided information is not relevant and inspite of their comments approvals have come thru ? Thanks

No Title My lawyer jsut checked with INS and my case has not been assigned to an officer till now. They would not say when it will be assigned. The only thing they mentioned was that the FP had been received. Wait, wait , watch and PRAY !!!!

Any approvals for CSC WAC 01-280-5* ? My case says processing resumed on Jan 12 th and no update since them. I had talked to IIO in Feb and she said that my FP were received in last week of Jan ( which is in conflict with the AVM message ). FP done 11/17. Thanks.

My message changed to processing resumed RD July 01 , ND Sept 01 EB3 India CSC. FP in Novenber. The AVM updated to &quot;Processing Resumed&quot; on Jan 12th.

zi sen AP entry is smooth. Take all the documents AP/EAD/Pay stubs/Company letter. Please consult your lawyer too as this is my personal experience only.
