So you talked on Apr 8th and then again on Apr 9th and you were informed that the case is assigned ??
In your subsequent calls were you informed that the case has been assigned ?

I spoke to IIO on the 8th and then again a week later.. Thats when I came to know that it was assign

Many folks get scared (like me) and do not call IIO often. INS\'s purpose is achieved.

If you do not have a friendly discussion, then they might try to delay the case (I quote from someone\'s observation).

You are right about that..

Let me quote my lawyer:
"It depends on what transpires"
"I have never known anyone that had his/her case delayed by calling IIO".
