I'm in same boat as you. Last week recd my AP in mail, but online status still hasn't changed to approved. My 485 became current this month. Did you had any LUD after FP2 or recently when a visa was assigned to you?

Well you are correct too, coz last week I received my 2nd AP by mail and the current status still shows that it is pending. Though there were couple of LUDs on actual approval date.

Unfortunately it seems to be true. Even I had no LUD since the transfer in March even though PD current as of July 1st.

When was your last FP? were your LUDs in May coz of FP?

Only people with LUDs are lucky ones? If the theory that the recently used 60K visas include qualified pending + non name check cleared, is true; then are those the people who got / are getting LUDs from June 30 onwards? OR they include even the people whose last LUDs were in March 07 inspite...

I just called a IO at TSC and asked her about the status of my name check. She said as of Nov 1, 2006, they have stopped telling that information, but she also said that recently you had a FP done at ASC (05/15) and the ASC hasn't sent the results to TSC. Could it be true? If it is, whom should...

Dude, if the above interpretation is correct you are going to be approved anytime soon.

Even I think that when they say all the numbers have been made available, means they have assigned visa numbers to approvable cases and we will still see approvals coming out.

Mine EB2 current as of July 1st, I called last friday at TSC using POJ and got to hear the tape that currently no immigration officers are available on phone. May be they were having meeting about the possible retro dilema ;)

131 RD 04/24/07, LUD 05/05, 06/21, 06/24. No message change for approval till today. :confused: Today I received in a BIG yellow envelope from TSC with approved AP. Previously received from VSC in a regular envelope. Is it a routine practice with TSC to mail APs in big yellow envelope?
