1. Part 3 asks for date of intended departure: what if I dont know? or I have a rough idea only.

2. Part 7 asks for how many trips do you intend to use this document...what should I say?

3. How does advance parole look like? Is it a document indicating dates of foreign travel or just a generic approval document like visa with dates of validity of document? Is it multiple entry?

Is it multiple entry? ==>> It looks somewhat like 797 notice, except with different text, validity dates and your picture printed. If you apply for multiple then you'll receive 3 copies.
