If no LUD after second FP, that means no Visa number assigned

As i observed on this forum , i have doubt that, for transfered cases from VSC->TSC, if there is no single LUD after second FP, those cases are not assigned visa number for the JULY. If anyone with no lud after second FP, who confirmed visa number assignment to thier cases please post here.
 
Unfortunately it seems to be true. Even I had no LUD since the transfer in March even though PD current as of July 1st.

I do not think so. I have seen people getting approval without LUDs as well. It all depends on IO whose working on particular case. Some wants to touch and updates them. Some IO directly approves them. We cannot conclude anything from LUDs. It is not possible to update manually all pending application on last week or last day of June unless there is some system update. Hope for the best.
 
Thanks for floating one more brilliant idea in already messed up scenario.

How could you explain for the people who already got approved without LUD's and some even received cards without emails.
There are one hundred parameters and you can keep making million assumptions, bottom line is one get GC when his time comes.
 
All these agencies are messed up. Our GC is in hands of mad people. We need to be patient until our turn. This is so frustrating though
 
Well you are correct too, coz last week I received my 2nd AP by mail and the current status still shows that it is pending. Though there were couple of LUDs on actual approval date.

Seems to be true ..no Luds ..and TSC IO confirmed no visa number assigned wait till october .
 
I just called TSC IO, nothing has been done on my case and they have'nt recived FP back yet , i went for FP ON May 10th its almost 2 months.

Seems like no LUD is no activity.

Man, enough!
what basis do you have to say it? People called TSC this morning and were told exactly the opposite! If you don't have anything real to proclaim - don't!

Dude read my posting carefully, I am not proclaiming it, I am just having doubt and thought about this possibility of uncertain scene of many possibilities. And all of us know that TSC,Customer support, info pass they are all consistently maintaining inconsistence.

Just spoke with TSC IO, she confirmed that my FP results were received by TSC and name check is not pending. Then, I asked her if the visa# was issued to my case, she said no sir. That means I should stop dreaming about a miracle which most of the people are expecting to happen soon. I guess I will have to wait until October 2007 or few more years. We do not deserve this ...

FP2: 05/08
LUD: 05/16 (document mailed to applicant..they said it could be undelivered FP copy sent to attorney)
Current Status: Pending/visa not assigned
