Guys, How sure are we about Oct 07 becoming current once again for retro countries EB2, EB3 categories? Last year (2006) when new quota of visas were made available from Oct 2006, India EB2, EB3 categories did not move a bit for 6/7 months thereafter. What are your thoughts?

Guys, anyone with FP2 on 05/15 ? My PD current, RD Sept 05, VSC->TSC 03/15, last LUD 03/27 TSC IO says ASC results not uploaded, Infopass says FBI checks pending. Has anyone else done FP2/3 on 05/15 and results got uploaded / LUD after FP?

Also add FP2 date to the equation.

Even I received this letter about printing wrong customer service number on some notices. Even though my PD became current since July 1st, I don't see any activity on case. So I doubt that letter has anything to do with visa number allocation.

Congrats dude! When you say your name check was cleared within couple of days, was it because of LUDs after FPs or the IO told you about it?

Me too in same boat. After retrogression hit in Sept 2005 it took a month for VSC to generate receipt notices for last minute filers. So my RD was 10/22/05. I had no LUD after FP2 on 05/15, and this morning from infopass came to know security checks are pending... God knows when this pain is...

I had an infopass appointment this morning at Washington district local office in Fairfax VA. I told him my PD is current as of Jul 1, so I would like to know the status. He looked at the screen and said FBI checks are not completed yet. He won't tell if a visa number has been assigned and kept...

make an infopass appointment and ask the immigration officer about the exact status of your case.

Thanks Bajaj. I called and they said the results were sent the next day to USCIS. Does it mean that FP and name check are cleared ? And why does TSC say they didn't receive them from ASC? :(
