Guys,
I am losing hope... I saw LUD on 07/02, 07/03... thought i wud get it soon... But nothing as of yet... Calling TSC still says name check pending...

This is a big mess !!!

From your signatures, it appears that you wrote to FL. Have you heard from her or the FBI? Also, did you attach FOPIA?

I also have 2001 PD and feel very frustrated over the delays... There is no solution....some time it feels...
 
I wrote letters to Presi,FL,some senators... Got reply from senators that they have put an inquiry with FBI. Did not receive anything from FL.
Only little +ve letter i got is from Presi's office that they are forwarding the case to DOJ. And then last week got a letter from DOJ explaining the workload the fbi has blah blah... they are forwarding the case to FBI and FBI shud reply me as soon as possible...
I am hoping that they are gonna clear my NC soon...
But just a hope... to be honest i am not expecting anything.
I cud understand ur frustration Sam.
Are u also stuck in fbi NC ?
 
As each day passes ... the chances of getting approval in FY07 is decreasing considerably... Hope I am wrong... but thats what I feel now..
The system is so unorganized and chaotic ... The most difficult part is that there is nothing you can do...
Hope to get out of this uncertainty soon..

I think I am getting too emotional.. Anyway, hearty congratulations to all approved people and best wishes to all pending ones...
