Just to clerify.... It was never current, the July bulletin which came in mid June was suppose to be effective from July 1, but it was changed before it became effective.

This means you have got RFE on your case. They want some more documents related to your case. The notice will specify which document they are looking for.

My 4th EAD was Approved last week and yesterday I got emails regarding my AP approval too, I really think they are not connected to 485. But I think they might clear dependent cases (AP & EAD) before approving 485.

looking at the graphs most of the people still waiting are EB3 RD 2004. Looks like most people with RD prior to 2004 are approved. I am hoping most people with RD 2004 will get clear this month.

Yes you need to take your Green Card and Passport with you. No this is not going to hurt anything. As per Green Card rules to maintain you status you should be in Country for more then 181 days on any calender year. With stamps on your passport it will be very difficult to prove it. You can...

CIS omdusman replied to MA_Labor's email saying they have apporved 7000 visas till Jun 11, I would say another estimated 8000 till Jun 20th still that make like 15,000 visas in June. This is all estimate, I could be wrong.
