Strange mail.. any idea what is cooking

It could be Transfer to TSC Notice...Check your transfer notice RD,if it is not 5/3 call USCIS.

I've scanned cases right now and found that 11 cases filed on 08/20/03 and transferred from VSC to TSC on 03/02/07 were approved today.
 
hi Cmapocma,

my case was transferred on the same day. but are they approving any cases other than India. I dont see any worldwide approvals???

I am interested in knowing how many cases are still pending that were filed before Dec 2004 (My ND)? What's the average number of approvals per day?
 
I got my 4th EAD approved today and there was LUD on AP also, but no LUD on 485. May be they want approve other cases before touching 485??

uh...
well, I don't have that data.
I only scan cases with ND 08/20/03 and 08/25/03.
You can get some info from http://www.immigrationwatch.com/ though

and keep in mind that it is virtually impossible to understand if the case is denied.

Here it ends...my GC just got approved.I dont know if I am still in Dream or its happenning really...

My PD is Feb 10/2004 with 140/485 RD as Sept 12 2005 EB2 India.
Used Infopass,Called TSC for a SR and also the congressman.
Dont know what did the trick..
Self and Spouse I-485 AD 6/28.

As I said, I don't know how many cases was denied.

for ND 08/20/03 (total 387 cases)
approved: 174
transferred for Interview: 63
Transferred to TSC and pending there: 25

for ND 08/25/03 (total 360 cases)
approved: 194
transferred for Interview: 41
Transferred to TSC and pending there: 12
