    You need to get another appt for ur spouse, the security won't even let her enter the bldg without a valid appt. They check the appt and a valid ID such as driver's licence. Hope this helps!

    Stamping require passport validity >=1 year?

    Nope, not an issue at all! I got my stamping done today and my PP is valid for 6 months, so the officer issued the I-551 stamp only until June'05, by which time I should receive the physical cards.

    So as you can see, don't worry. I-551 stamp is good for entering the US and also work authorization until you receive the physical cards... One things to note is that you need to have your address updated with USCIS, as these letters are not forwarded in case your address has changed...

    Circa, Sorry my bad, no forms. They took the original 485 approval notice, all EAD/APs, photos, I-94s, I had to sign a form in which he put the fingerprints too, should've paid attention to the form. fhgc, yes my car now also have a stamp :)
