    This is certainly a unique situation as interview is now a requirement. A friend of mine recently went from TN to H1 to GC (via EB interview). Of course with H1, one can have dual intent but his interview was very straight fwd (literally just few minutes). IMO, as long as your docs are in order...

    There are additional requirements for one to be eligible for L1. You need to be an employee of the company sponsoring your L1 for at least one year in the last 3-yrs. If that applies to you, then yes you can head to a POE to request L1 similar to TN
