You are adjusting from TN to GC. Generally, filing immediately with H1/L1 is not an issue but with TN, you are risking denial as immigrant intent can be alleged. It is best to wait and file after some time. Also, it is preferable not to do concurrent filing (see other posts on this)

I know I'm likely stating the obvious but just as nelsona said, you're risking your approval . imagine the situation when you're in front of CBP officer with your US citizen partner and the officer asks you "who is this person" while holding the partner's US passport... what will your answer be...

This is certainly a unique situation as interview is now a requirement. A friend of mine recently went from TN to H1 to GC (via EB interview). Of course with H1, one can have dual intent but his interview was very straight fwd (literally just few minutes). IMO, as long as your docs are in order...

There are additional requirements for one to be eligible for L1. You need to be an employee of the company sponsoring your L1 for at least one year in the last 3-yrs. If that applies to you, then yes you can head to a POE to request L1 similar to TN

If it's an entry point into the U.S., they likely do TNs. As long as the petition is strong, POE won't matter much
