based on marriage to a US citizen. i submitted a copy of the marriage certificate and my wife's birth certificate with i-130 form as required. otherwise they would send me i-130 RFE as well, i guess.

just checked the submitted i-485 and her date of birth is correct there. so i guess we will leave it as it is and explain the situation if they ask us about it during the interview. maybe they will just update her d.o.b while processing those forms since i've already called them
