Agham12, we have the EXACT same case: interview in feb 09, nothing for 90 days, then infopass, and today (july8) letter for interview next week (july16). Letter ask to bring all documents as well. For our case we know that it is a second interview.

We know because we went to an infopass appointment, otherwise we wouldn't have known anything. Maybe you should get an infopass appointment and you may find out something.

no LUDs online, and we went for infopass, the lady was able to tell us that the interviewer had decided we needed a second interview, but we haven't had a date yet (infopass was on may 5th 09)

I once received RFE and send them the documents the asked for, but I never got any correspondance from them or update that was letting me know they received it. I don't think they do that.
