Hey DCGetsGC Hope this is what you asked. I filed for AOS/EAD/AP during 2'nd week DEC 2004. Receive date (with I guess priority date for AOS ) is DEC 17'th. EAD approved on 03/03/05. But a week before that, my AOS and AP was transfered from CSC. EAD is for one year, no strings attached.

Ithink I am the same as yours I have a PD (for I140 I gues) somewhere in 2001 March or so. But I applied for my I485 only in DEc'04. Hence I have a WAC-05-X. I have EAD approved though but AP/AOS are scheduled for interview end of this march. which is your service center?

I applied for AP/EAD/AOS at CSC and my AOS got transferred to Portland, Oregon local office from during mid feb. Had my FP at the end of JAN. I have my interview scheduled end of march. Now I got EAD card in mail form CSC. It has everything on it except it says "Fingerprint not available"...
