    2013 July N-400 Tracker

The "Yellow Letter" will tell you what documents you need to bring to the interview. Usually that are your GC and the drivers license. If your case is under the 3-year rule (marriage) you need tax transcripts and other stuff.

Can these absensces impact residency requirements ?

How should 4 years and 1 day work? He broke the continuous requirement two more times after May 2010: 18-May-11 23-Apr-12 341 11.2 26-May-12 22-Jan-13 241 7.9 Overall he is very lucky to still have the GC.

Newark DO - N-400 Interview passed but decision cannot be made because they don't have my A-File

The civics test is not a matser piece. A good think to do is to rip the CD that you got when you did biometrics, put them (the mp3s) on your phone and play them random.

Permanent Resident Card and US Citizenship

If this information is still right, USCIS is saying : "If you apply for naturalization less than 6 months before the expiration date of your Permanent Resident Card, or you do not apply for naturalization until your card has already expired, you must renew your card." Then you are screwed.

Fraud prevention//pre-screening letter from embassy dv2014????

Make no sense at all. The only thing I can imagine is that they mixed some dates and this way your actual marriage date shows up as from the very near past.

    should i file for nautrilization

You most likely can file in 3.5 years because you broke continuous residency multiple time. And baikal3 is right, RTFM first!

    The unborn child

I'm sure he has no health insurance when he arrives. Means not a good idea to give birth in the U.S.
