Hey ya'll,
I felt like setting the list of the ineligible countries, could someone bring the number of applicant these countries used to send?

Colombia
Pakistan
Brazil
Peru
Ecuador
Guatemala now ineligible.
Bangladesh
Nigeria
Mexico
Cuba
Haiti
UK
Canada

Do someone knows the average entries in Nigeria?

Nigeria had in 2013 about 1 900 000 entries, I guess in 2014 it had about 2 -2.2 millions, with Nigeria out, that makes a lot of free spot for Africa... Then rising the odds.

Yes UK was eligible - in the very early DV lotteries - my brother got a GC that way...
