    First of all PERM is nothing to do with USCIS, it is a matter of Dept of Labor. Applyig PERM , DOL has to certify that there is no other candidate is available in US !!! to do the job. At the time of applyng I 485, you need to include your spouse. Until then you need to worry about your spouse.
