I think the PD should be current...otherwise USCIS will claim that they do NOT have VISA to grant you. Thus, they are unable to process your application...

Greatgc, If your employer has NOT revoked your I-140, you have little to worry about...

In the non-immigrant application form, you will have to check "yes" for "have you or someone on your behalf applied for permanent residency". That may cause trouble. IMO, AP might be better.

What is the oldest RECEIPT DATE of any applicant that FILED I-485 at TSC and the 485 is STILL pending? I ask because, VSC was simply slow at adjucating I-485. Would very much like to know if that was also the case with TSC. Thanks.

My 2 cents: I-797 is the paper on which they type the RFE and send. Any type of USCIS notice is printed on I-797. They literally mean "We mailed you a notice for further evidence on I-797" notice form.
