FOR TSC filers ONLY- A question...

What is the oldest RECEIPT DATE of any applicant that FILED I-485 at TSC and the 485 is STILL pending?

I ask because, VSC was simply slow at adjucating I-485. Would very much like to know if that was also the case with TSC.

If a guy/girl is visiting this forum regularly and not stuck in name check, but promptly following up with TSC with infopass and phone call, they are mostly approved. Some are still out there waiting for visa number and some unlucky ones who missed the June-Sep train.

Big thing is name check, so, no matter where you file whether TSC or VSC or NSC, now all files willbe with TSC or NSC and if you r not from retrogressed country and you name check is clear and processing times are past your PD, make couple of call to TSC and infopass and you should get your GC. you may also file DHS 7001 if you are suffering financially because of the delay.

My Labor PD May 2001 and my name check is cleared as per last conversation with TSC. I am more a slient reader here. Recently few LUD's and clearance of background check has created an interest in me to push my file.

If I call them, do they really do quickly. I am sorry to ask you this question, as I called yesterday and said that I am hoping good news and the person said that my fingerprints are expired so we will soon send you a fingerprint notice around January.

Though I have taken an apptt for Infopass for coming Friday(07), but if I call again to TSC today, are they taking down that I am in hurry so they should process quickly.

I know the lady at TSC was using computer, to check everything.

I am not saying call everyday. Follow up if your case if beyond normal processing time frame. They do track your calls. Give them time of 15 days and if you did not see LUD for finger prints or did not receive finger prints call again. If your PD is current and name check is clear and if your filing date is beyond 60 days of the current processing dates, do follow up bi-weekly.
