I been trying to subscribe some of my friends and relatives to the dv lottery, but the site is still down! Anyone has some intel on this issue? Will they extend the subscription période if it takes to long?

You can use the the endorsed visa as a green card for work or travel, up to a year. So you will be fine.

And of course, the DV status check is overwhelmed. :-(

Just don't go to and visit her at her appartment !!!! Because if you do, you will get a permanent residence GC in Guantanamo. So just stick to whatever they tell you do.

I know a couple that had arrived 3 months ago, I made the payment to USCIS for them on the arrival day. They got they GCs and SSs within a week.

They drew Lol. There was lot of tension between the Russian and the British supporters in Marseille, same tension we always had between you and simon during the DV process in 2014. :-)

Did you hand out your sealed envelope? Did they take your index finger print? If yes then you will receive your GC without a signature, I know few people who got it like that.
