hi any one there who went for fingerprints or got notice for rtd ? if yes after how long they sent notice.pls share ur exprience.

i was checking my files too .i did not see any letter for bio's.sinece i got asylum i only went once for bio.i think that was for work permit.but this time i m appliing for rtd not rp.

when you apply to renew Rtd do they requird to do fingerprinting or they will issue you one without fingerprints.when they issued me first rtd i don't remember if i went for fingerprinting.

is there any limit for how long they can reschedule .can i ask them for 3-4 months or it all depends on them how long they will give me.

so that means there is no other option other than i have to cancel my trip and come back for bio.i was hoping i could do it here in asia.is it possible to apply again for i-485 once u r denied for reason like this.if i cancel my trip it will be big lost for me money wise.

hello every1, i applied for i-485 late last year.now i am in Singapore for business trip.i got a notice for fingerprinting for i-485.i will be still out of country for 2 month's it possible to give my fingerprints and medical out side usa.can i go to us embassy and give my fingerprints.

i am planing to get me rtd renew with expedited service .will it be faster if follow the steps and do it online on uscis website. i know i will still need to submit papers by mail too.will not it help to make get rtd faster.have anyone else ever apply rtd online.please share your experience with us.

i agree with you.but is it safe to apply for pr with only rtd in ur hand .this person don't mind loosing status in us.it will another 5.5 yrs to be usc.but need to get marry back in india backlog for green card holder's faimly is 5 yrs.this is why want to move to canada so can get faimly here...
