i am planing to get me rtd renew with expedited service .will it be faster if follow the steps and do it online on uscis website. i know i will still need to submit papers by mail too.will not it help to make get rtd faster.have anyone else ever apply rtd online.please share your experience with us.

USCIS instructions are clear that if you want to file an expedited request, you should not file on line but should mail your application.

thanks for info where are those instructions on i-131 or on there wesite.pls if u can let me know where can i find this info.
