Yes, after 90 days you can go to the local INS office and get I-EAD. The Documents needed are your I-485 Receipt Notice, Old EAD, I-765 Receipt Notice. Get an appointment before going. No Photos or Fee needed. I got my i-ead last month the same way from Tampa. No problem. Good Luck...

Yes, I'm from Tampa, Florida. So we need to pay again $110. I don't mind about the money. We've already wasted more for every renual, which is a big scandel by itself. At the end, if i can get it..... that will be great..
