My 2nd EAD filed on 09/27/2003 but it still haven't be approved. My 1st EAD already expired on 12/18/2003. My company asked me to still home until I have my 2nd EAD approved. Is it ture on 12/29/2003, which will be more 90 days more than RD, I can go to Hartford-CT BCIS to get a intrim EAD? What kind of documents do I need to bring with me? Thanks

ThanksYes, after 90 days you can go to the local INS office and get I-EAD. The Documents needed are your I-485 Receipt Notice, Old EAD, I-765 Receipt Notice. Get an appointment before going. No Photos or Fee needed.
